Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Manages and controls production lines in order to fulfil the daily production plans
• Prepares the daily production plan
• Responsible for the maintenance of the pressing molds
• Organizes individual production sections, controls the using of working shifts
• Organizes the control and solving of statuses of production lines
• Continuously makes activities towards improving the efficiency of setting, decreasing of organizational and technological lost line stops
• Manages, co-operates and controls the daily activities in co-operation with heads of working shifts
• Co-operates with maintenance on operational and planned solving of errors, makes the permanent optimalization of production lines and improving of production process, develops the sorting and visualization of lines
• Responsibility for implementation of productions processes, products, changes in parameters of products and pars, ISO requirements, company rules and instructions for production, working and quality standards
• Prepares documentation for audits, participates in audits
• Responsibility for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting with presentation of production results, providing analysis
• Oranizes production lines according to time schedule in the period of new process and product development
• Co-operates with all departments in case of new production starting, auditing, testing and improvement
